When I decided to make some changes in my lifestyle to better my health, I knew I had a long path ahead of me and should pace myself. Some people start out at an all out sprint when they make lifestyle changes but I knew with approximately one hundred pounds excess weight to lose I better “Walk it Out”. I started out making small changes and as I began to see results it encouraged me to stick with those changes and challenge myself further.
With the dramatic change in my appearance I am often asked how I lost so much weight, but when I begin to explain how I accomplished it, I can see the persons eyes glass over with all the information I’m spitting out at them. (LOL) You see, I didn’t do just one thing, it was a lot of little changes that made the difference for me. I made the changes, stuck with them and got the results. It took two years to lose eighty-five pounds but it was so worth it and I’m not finished yet. I did it at my pace and through my upcoming Blog Posts I will be sharing with you of what worked for me. There is so much more to my story than what you’re reading here. Please stop by daily to see how I overcame medical issues as well as personal life situations that should have halted my progress, but was able to overcome.
- Please note that I am not a medical professional and advise anyone to check with their physician before beginning any lifestyle change. I am sharing what worked for me in hopes that it will be an encouragement and help to others.
